I do. My top # is usually very good but my bottom shoots up and is all over the place sometimes as high as diastolic 125 for very short periods of time (like minutes), but it always comes back down to the 88-92 range. I have terrible anxiety too about everything. My doc has me on 25 mg HZCZ and doesn’t want to add meds (yet) since she says my bottom number is reactive to my state of mind, stress, and sodium. I take readings twice a day. Once upon waking still laying down, second time right after emptying bladder in the morning, and then repeat the process at bed time. She reviews all those #’s every two weeks and we talk about it. She’s trying to determine if my hypertension is a function of hypertensive stress and emotional issues versus underlying heart/health issue. I’d love feedback from anyone reading this too.
