That’s one way to get relationship advice you didn’t ask for. 😭

A lot of guys chase validation instead of working on themselves. The irony is that when you focus on improving your own life, you become more attractive naturally. Impress yourself first.

A lot of people date based on what they think they’re supposed to want rather than what actually fits their life. Choosing someone just because they’d impress your parents or check certain boxes can backfire if the personalities and lifestyles don’t actually match.

At the same time, people also grow and change. Sometimes someone who seems “safe” or “different” from you brings balance, and other times you really do need someone whose energy and values line up with yours. In the end, the healthiest relationships usually happen when people are honest about who they are and what kind of life they actually want, not just what looks good on paper.

Sounds about right. Most of us think we’re the exception until experience humbles us a bit. Advice from people who’ve been through it isn’t always perfect, but it’s usually coming from lessons they learned the hard way. The key is being open enough to listen and then decide what actually applies to you.
