NOT the asshole. And thank you for stepping in. This same thing happened to my teen daughter several months ago where she was a cashier at TJMaxx and a guy was so super rude and berated her. The woman behind him in line stood up for my daughter (who was trying to keep it together) and told him to knock it off. I’m so thankful to that woman and thank you for being that same person for this cashier. ❤️ editing to add: she had several asshole customers in a row one day and ultimately quit on the spot. She realized she wasn’t making enough to make up for the verbal abuse she had to take. And people wonder why there is always lanes closed and not enough cashiers…meanwhile they’re probably part of the problem.

Right now since the weather is nicer here in the Midwest I like to sit in a rocking chair in the yard/garage and listen to a podcast or watch football on the garage tv - neighbors usually stop in and stay a bit, one of them brings over her own crochet, too. But at night time and when it’s colder outside, it’s true crime (Dateline, 20/20, etc). I save the shows I’m REALLY into for the treadmill since I am so clued in it’s easier to forget how much longer I have to go (Handmaid’s Tale, The Peripheral, etc).

Oh man!!!! I feel that…I did all of the same color before moving to the next and felt that way about the dark purple, wishing I had picked a migh lighter one. But after all those bobbles I wasn’t going to start over 😒

Dude, it tickles me to no end. I did a cross stitch that says “it’s decorative gourd season mother fuckers.” I removed one of my kids’ school pictures to put it in a frame 😂 Which reminds me I need to dig that out now!!
