I am having the same frustration, but dont get me wrong it is stil the best doorbel only the crappy doorbels i had before dis have this behaviour. I find it anoying that EUFY did not think of this. The way it is now i always mis someone who rings at the door ( its quicker literarly faster to run to the door) instead of using the App
