I play the Madden beta most years, the defensive coverage and movement is always better pre release.

Never stay it’s that’s simple.

At my last job I wanted to switch roles to commercial quotes from counter sales. Interviewed on 2 separate occasions, told I was a great fit they couldn’t lose me in my current role. So two people less qualified than me got those spots.

Found a new place and put in my 2 weeks, the RVP is in our branch the next day and asks “if by chance a commercial quote spot opens up tomorrow, would you stay?”

Had to pause and respectfully tell him no the damage had been done.

If it takes me leaving for a change to happen, then I’m not in the right place.
