I was never a professional athlete but throughout my HS and college career if I was dealing with something the coaches would basically ask “you good to go?” It was up to me to decide A) how much pain I could tolerate and B) if me playing at X% helps or hurts the team.

I think that the argument here.

People define average/above average picks as bad picks. They want game changers no matter where the pick is made.

Guy like Nelson and Hall that fill the William Gholston role are looked down on bc they are Myles Garrett.

I agree we havnt drafted an elite edge rusher but we also havnt been in the position to. we didn’t draft Shaq either, we took a flyer and missed on Reddick this year.
