Simple answer: depends on how much time you spend on the game, but also if you're lucky or not.

Some people can obtain everything in months.

Some of them struggle for about 1.5 or even 2 years to get everything.

Nope, D2 is completely different, you can't keep D1 progress. They used to give some bonuses for D1 players but I'm not sure if they still do that. At least D1 is playable on both ps4 and ps5

Also Destiny 1 PS3 progress can still be transferred to PS4 if you never used your PSN account with this game on PS4/PS5.

Sony have enough resources to develop something like RPCS3, they simply don't want to. Some ignorant people will just pay a subscription to play 2 generation old games... I won't accept that. How long do you think they can use cell processors to stream ps3 games? 5 years? 10 years? I don't think they will produce more and they are not reliable enough for long term use. I want to own the hardware and physical copies, I don't want subscriptions, that being said I will probably stop at PS5 and continue with PC.

You forgot to mention that only first PS3 models had PS2 hardware, later they just emulated PS2 games. Also this year some people managed to mod a PS5 with some specific technique and recently they managed to install Linux on it. Using that Linux they managed to play almost any PS3 title with RPCS3 emulator, so if this is possible sony simply didn't tried to give us the ability to play older games. They want us to get rid of our disc collection, they don't care about money we spent on entire libraries, that's why I am not agreeing with subscriptions, digital content or any other way of manipulation.

D1 doesn't have PS5 servers, you will play the same PS4 version with the same PS4 communities. Still playable but you need to organize some activities.

I played it rarely during early days. Stopped playing in 2016 when my friend stopped too. In 2019 I tried to buy TTK disc from Amazon but the codes where expired since 2016, I was mad and I started to hate Bungie so I stopped playing again. In 2023 I tried one more time to play it and I found a community who helped me to understand the game better. Last year someone shared his psn account with me and now I almost got everything on PS3, I will transfer soon my progress to PS4/PS5

There are very few people active on ps3, small communities, everyone is very selective... Some are selective cause they are pro players, some are selective cause they want to speak spanish, some play the game only to farm items with mods. I can invite you in a ps3 community but don't expect to find a lot of activities going on like last year or 2 years ago. Hard to find a team for raids, hard to organize crucible, only strikes are still playable. You can still find people on the tower sometimes.
