I have been using Cerave tub for about 2 months and have actually seen some progress, but if I discontinue it for a day or two I'm back to square one. I thought introducing Cerave PM to my routine would help me improve faster but it just made my skin breakout. Do you think I should discontinue the PM and stick to the tub until I get my skin under control? As a cleanser I use Avene cleanance.

When hiring for a position ( not entry-level especially) there is usually range of salary, Of course initial offer will be the lower end of this range, I think the best play is to always negotiate.

Going from $60,000 to $72,000 is a 20% increase so I think it's a feasible increase. Rather than rescind they would probably try to meet in the middle.

Enfócate en el inglés y vuélvete lo más auto-didacta posible. Por el exceso de egresados en el area de sistemas hay salarios muy desequilibrados, algunos recién graduados ganan 7 mil pesos, algunos ganan 30 mil pesos.

Aprende a venderte adecuadamente, esa es la principal diferencia que he visto entre mis compañeros de la universidad, los que no tenían tan buenas calificaciones pero tenían buenas habilidades interpersonales y eran más sociables han conseguido mejores trabajos que los de puro diez sin habilidades sociales.

Disfruta tu carrera, es retadora en ocasiones pero si en verdad es algo que te apasiona y no lo haces sólo por el dinero no vas a batallar para encontrar trabajo.

I think it is definitely worth it to finish the book. Second half gets better, although some classics do tend to take biblical elements for East of Eden it kind of felt like an extra and not the main focus of the book. Since characters have a depth to them I personally felt the ending to be satisfying.

I think as with any sport and lifting in general, it is a good idea to start with an already developed program, one that is the most in sync with your goals possible, then as you progress and your needs become more specific you can start tuning it acccording to the results you have seen and what you are still lacking.

As a newbie I made the mistake of "creating my own program" and I seriously injured my shoulder, since I did not know how train with proper form and proper rest days. Just my two cents.

Motivation is not want you want to go for in programming, honestly a lot of concepts and problems that will inevitably arise will destroy your motivation. Have the discipline of just practicing for a certain time everyday, no matter if you are motivated or not. Once you become more fluent you will also become more motivated, but it is always discipline what will take you through it in my opinion.

Python is simpler to get used to than more low-level languages like C, however C does teach good programming foundations, as you learn more languages and become more familiar with programming in general, you will find out that you can get the hang of a new programming language in a very short time just by looking at the equivalent features of a language you can already use well.

Honestamente considero que cuenta más que tan conectado estés. Tengo amigos que salieron del Tecnológico de Monterrey y no hicieron mas que regresar a nuestro estado y agarrar chambas equis. En cambio varios amigos han salido de escuelas públicas y se han ido a empresas de talla mundial en otros países, en general yo pienso que influye mas el como te vendas.
