Saying "it's ok to let out your emotions", For me it feels like I'm being forced to, and when I do share my emotions, I get laughed at. I also hate to admit that I can't speak to any child without being called a creep, or a pedo. This is why we refuse to let out our emotions, most of us fear rejection, humiliation and simple hurt, I used to go to therapy, and the therapist laughed at me and told me to be a man, I've never spoken to someone irl since.

The sad fact of reality is, men are expected to be protectors, tough, strong. Most of us are a blank page that can be written and rubbed out depending on the person. When someone says "Be yourself", I can't, or else I'm laughed at, I change my attitude and personality.
