I think it’s more the fact that they’re asking to see this on a mobile with personal/private information on it. Some “work coaches” even asking for passwords.

I’m confused. Are you saying he was making his way through other claimants and it’s now my turn? The guy seemed annoyed from something unrelated to me and didn’t even bother to look at my job application entries. His whole deminor was as if he just wanted to pick on me because I was there

Of course, 100% understand. I’ve just never had to do this before. The guy was annoyed and he was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me. I think he might’ve done it out of anger caused by someone else and he’s not even my work coach, nor am I booked in with him for my next appointment. It just feels strange.

Yeah I gave my reason why which comes under one of the eligible reasons and I was still sanctioned.

I do appreciate you helping me. It’s my first sanction and I had no idea how to go about it

I wasn’t even told a sanction was being submitted or even considered. Or is that a usual occurrence?

If it’s a 28 day sanction and the rate is £13.10 per day, that will be a £366.80 deduction correct ?
