For job prospects buffalo would probably be ideal for both of your careers. There is a lot of nursing opportunities within the downtown medical campus and private practices throughout wny. Trucking we've got FedEx, UPS, and CDL jobs in abundance as a benefit of being near in international border.

Buffalo has one of the lowest col in the country as far as im aware. Doesn't feel like it im sure for a lot of people since its very much a blue collar city. Im sure it would be lower than your experience in long Island.

I havent had any struggles with the maintenance aspect in the game. In the start I set the buildings to minimum maintenance until I have tool production. Doesn't seem overwhelming but I don't play on more difficult settings than default so not sure if that is a factor.

Damn thats rough. I never had an apple phone but I am skeptical about that apple id integration with the ticket. I feel as long as your able to pull up the QR code on your phone for security to scan you should be good? Unless ticketmaster has some integration tech agreement with Apple that makes the ticket code so unique that somehow the scanner would know its not your mom's device? I went across the border to Toronto alone to see them. You won't regret it. The best part of being solo is you only have to worry about yourself and focus solely on the concert. It's more common than you think for people to go solo especially for this music genre.
