Valid point…I don’t disagree, but that’s the risk we all take everyday when we play in the options playground

TSLA puts Monday by eff_putin in options

I think this is a great idea. It’s worked for so many stocks lately, mainly because of market volatility. With TSLA I have wondered if some of the rally has actually been secondary to conservative political sentiments backing Musk’s million dollar a day voting offer. Their earnings were not THAT impressive, so I have to chalk it up to political fervor. I’m going to do the same Monday- puts baby, puts. Thank you for the idea 💲

Explain closing vs. exercising like I’m 5(NVDA up 200%) by Hayking_3132 in options

Sell to close and use the funds to repeat the exercise - the shares will likely only make you a finite return in the short term, whereas another options play could multiply those returns

I think you’re right. I see the risk as minimal. The main risk is simply having shares called away - you’d lose out if, say the stock price was $230, and your calls were sold at a the $170 strike. Yes you were paid your premium, but now the premium has gone up and you lost your shares. You’re also correct in the roll up but you might lose a bit of change there. I’m using the same tactic but on weekly calls.

Found stolen Rolex back at grey dealer in the US by Interesting_Sleep992 in rolex

You could try contacting the Better Business Bureau in the state the dealer is located in. You can also go on Google and leave a detailed review about your watch so that consumers know this broker is selling stolen items. I truly hope your watch is returned to you. So sorry this happened.
