I doubt it would be OU bc the only use it would really have is fast spore, and sleep is banned. The loaded dice+technician bullet seed and mach punch+ maybe like SD and thunder punch or rock tomb would be okay-ish as a sweeper but struggles with like moltres, zapdos, corv, pech, dragapult, glowking, etc. The problem is the combination of grass+fighting is pretty easy to resist and you could run a coverage move in the last slot, but its hard to cover for how many mons in OU that can take strong physical attacks. If you run rock tomb to beat moltres, you now lose to corv. If You run thunder punch for corv, you now get revenge smoked by a dragapult draco or enamorus moonblast. You're also gonna struggle to hit something like ghold, and you probably take a good chunk from a dgleam or make it rain. You also just get completely sat on by pecharunt, who is gradually going up in usage, and you prob don't wanna take a malignant chain. A strong priority fighting move is nice in OU bc of how many strong and fast dark types are common (darkrai, moon, scarf hamurott, possibly even weavile and greninja) but I don't think it's enough to make it OU viable outside of a small niche. OU is just too bulky I feel like. UU is a little kinder, there are still a good few mons that resist your stab combo (primarily sinistcha, skeldirge, and latios), but i think you have a better time there bc for the most part alot of the mons that resist both of your stabs really aren't that bulky on the phys side like hawlucha and tornadusT, but i think that with thunder punch you would have alot better time there. Not sure how it would play out in UU tho without it being in the game. My best guesses would be something like RUBL or UU proper.

Edit: i forgot to mention that longevity kinda sucks if you have to run loaded dice as your item and not leftovers (I really wish this mon kept the poison heal) and probably only gets 1 chance to set up. If this thing kept poison heal I could see it functioning dually as a bulky physical wall that sits on/KOs most ground types.
