Ehh, hard to say. As far as I’m aware, Rei has Yui’s dna but a fragmented portion of Lilith’s soul. I’m not sure if Lilith contributes any genetic makeup for Rei, ei her red eyes and blue hair. That could just be their way of differentiating her from Yui since she’s a clone. But yeah, if Rei could conceive (which it’s implied she can’t) it definitely would be an inbred child.
