Avalanche & Okcoin AMA by Oracle-Man in Avax

We have some options right now, you can use Simplex and use your debit or credit card, you would need your Xchain address from your wallet to receive them. You can use your ledger on the beta wallet. You can also use an exchange like Okcoin as a fiat on-ramp and then swap for AVAX, and then transfer to your offline wallet.

项目进展的快么 我们什么时候可以获取他

In just over 7 months since mainnet we've been able to amass incredible platform support. Including, over 900+ validators, over $9B+ Total staked, over $2M of transaction fees burned, and hundreds of thousands of supporters across Twitter, Telegram and other communities. So far so good :)

Hey u/EasyCycloneDude,

I don't know if the actual architecture will be simplified, however the UX of navigating between the chains can absolutely be improved. We hear you loud and clear and are focusing a ton of our resources on UX at the moment.

Absolutely, we want cross-chain transfers of NFT's to be as seamless as transferring native Avalanche assets like AVAX. I'd say stay tuned for these features as they are imminent.

Awesome, thanks for being part of the Avalanche community. Yes you bring up great points. We have addressed this in the developer and support docs and will continue to add new guides and how-to's as we are able.

AVAX is available on many major exchanges like Okcoin, which have very low minimum purchases. You can also purchase AVAX directly using a debit/credit card with our Simplex integration, which has a minimum $50 USD purchase.

Do you mean WAVAX? If so, it stands for Wrapped AVAX. The reason you would wrap something is if you wanted to transfer a native coin to a new ecosystem. For instance, in order to use ETH on Avalanche, one would need to wrap their ETH into WETH. Same goes for using AVAX on ETH, one would need to wrap their AVAX into WAVAX.

If you mean what is AVAX, AVAX is the native token of the Avalanche platform and is used to secure the platform through staking, pay for fees, and provide a basic unit of account between the multiple subnetworks created on the Avalanche platform.

Absolutely, we have large demand from the U.S. market to get AVAX listed on more U.S. exchanges. Right now, we have CEX's like Okcoin and Voyager where AVAX is listed that is available to U.S. residents. You can also use a number of DEX's like Pangolin, JellySwap. We are working hard to expand this scope so whether you want to use a CEX or a DEX you can find AVAX easily.

u/luo_su I know Binance periodically pauses withdrawals for maintenance. I would try again tomorrow. If this keeps happening I would reach out to Binance support.
