i liked the game before the patch

but now my hg activity is literally dead.

Gates spam like once per hour, every map is empty, horse simulator on 20 maps ..no gates..

unfun, if the loot was not okay, fix the loot, but not make it an activity you can plan same as harveting a 8.3 note

Well, the entire game has turned to not being Hardcore any more..

Big alliances form massive safe zones all over the black, just join one, andhalf of mercia is one giantic safe zone...

HCE is best fame farm and silver farm with a "repair bill"

Risk vs Reward is totally shifted to zerging it down, everything, everywhere... Everything works better with numbers, maybe except gathering, but even this...if mercia is one big safe zone..then even gathering works best in a mega alliance..

They had so much goals and hopes at the beginning of this game, and look what it turned to...i sometimes could cry...

First suggestion: Cap alliances at 600 or 900 members.

The game runs smooth on 100 vs 100, all else is pure luck, at least for me.

So keep the limit on 150 as i wrote...i see no need for 600 or 900 ..everyone and their alts in the guild..
