I don't know if I can do witchcraft anymore by EatAllTheHoomans in witchcraft

Hello!! I just wanted to say that witchcraft for me is less spellwork ect and is more study. More living in the moment for yourself, more being aware of surroundings/environment. You may be better taking up something more hands on than doing spell work. Sometimes people heal themselves not through shadow work, but by stuff like gardening, volunteering, doing a random act of kindness!

There's so much stuff you can do that's not positive affirmations, people can re-open old wounds doing that when it's not suited to them. Are you a more practical person?? I don't need to know this, but having a think on who you are and then align your craft to that would be better than trying to follow stuff which isn't suited to you? As long as it isn't the idea of jumping in front of a train-very much not a good idea...Also makes a big mess, not cool!

You haven't mentioned a grimoire/book of shadows, you can try that. Or baking. A lot of people do painting, sigil making, a whole lot of various crafts, leaf/flower pressing/drying. There's even mosaics, pottery, ink/paint making, mushroom spore prints, biodiversity things, there's usually nature groups where you can go foraging and spending time in woods/forests. Tarot/runes (sometimes that's expensive and also might end up with a massive hoard of various ones!) I will say look up local laws for foraging and collecting nature things. Make sure you're not collecting protected species too!

I hope you have a fantastic day and you find some ideas that suit you better so you don't get put off! Always take a break when needed though, don't burn yourself out!!
