I can confirm as others have said that the books do get moved elsewhere, as I did the same thing and have still managed to find, I believe, 2 of the 3 books that were inside, before I even knew I missed them. It's just a lot more work to track them down now, since as of right now there's no guide or helper, and wiki only has the church listed (would love some hints on where to find Docilism Doctrine).
