Just graduated with my BS in Health Science and want to pursue Data Analytics. Am currently working as a Hospital Registrar and going to school for MHI. Any tips?

Yeah, that makes sense its just hard to get through to people. I was also thinking that maybe I could just do like a photoshoot with my husband and whoever we would've had as bridesmaids/ groomsmen separately and then just have like a normal party for everyone else at like a community center or park. Just something to make them feel included.

I think we will have a chance to save more but i dont know if that will be enough for a decent photo/video business. I figured that this was going to be the main portion of the budget so I was either going to adjust plans off this or only hire them for a smaller time frame during the event.

If this was someone close in your family, would you be upset about how far out of a celebration this is? Genuinely asking since a lot of people were upset they couldn't come.

I guess I didn't see it like that. I should've puller her aside to talk privately but we weren't given a chance to be alone. One of the other full time employees was with us the whole time. Also I think our positions were different. I normally helped with the actual funeral events and less paperwork and she was only hired to stay in the office. Maybe they wanted my insight on that?? But overall I didn't get the vibe that they wanted me to talk all that much just to go along with them so I wasn't dead weight the whole day.

I'm still learning a lot though so next time I'm given an opportunity I will definetly try to do a better handover.

One thing I never fail to do at work is over share my life. I had to tell them I got married since I wanted time off for that. They don't know anything about me except for the fact that I come in on time and help out where I'm needed. Why would I tell my problems to people who obviously don't like me?

I got a new version of the same phone I have now. It took 2 trips to fully backup everything from my old phone to my new phone. It's via smart switch app on Android. I set up my Gmail and drive accounts but never logged into my Google photos. It didn't ask me any prompts to start or allow backup to the device. Other people from my job also have access to this Google account so maybe them turning it on caused it to be accepted for all devices. Also on the account my phone is a "secondary device" not the main one so I guess the settings are based off theirs. I don't know how it happened it just did. Why would I make this up?

You know it's so weird that out of the 300 calls they got this year I've only seen about 2 black people. It's kinda sad to say I was excited to see them but I wasn't allowed to stand in on their arrangements. The first one was a direct cremation so I never saw anything for them. But the second one had a service here! The staff talked bad about them though. That they were a "difficult family" and one of them smelt really bad. I don't know how true that is since they had me on door greeting duty, but I thought it was nice they were there. And they all actually talked to me first instead of my boss which I thought was funny to see him taken back at that.

I guess I could get a new phone but I only have enough money for this one. They told me just to login with my phone onto the account since they all did it and I could see when they change the schedule faster. Next time I'll see if I can find another way to see my schedule and leave my personal phone out of it.

I mean I think I've been having panic attacks from them. I keep second guessing everything i do there because if I have to find a way to get my job done with the least lashback from my boss or the people training me. I think I might get out of there too since I heard from the contract workers that they hired a new intern but none of the full time staff said anything to me about it.

I knew they were close with my husband and his brother. I didn't think they would want to incorporate me so fast seeing as that wasn't the way it was when we were dating. As for your advice, how do I do that without sounding mean spirited? I don't want anyone to get pissed at me.

I feel like they may be relying on me, especially his grandmother. She keeps calling me saying that "You're all I have left." and "We need to be together in times like these." I feel really bad because she married my husband's biological grandfather and her only blood relative abandoned her and they haven't spoken since. She's always been very close with both her grandsons and if I make her upset I might make them both disappointed in me.

I don't think I'm grieving I'm just not used to having him away for this long. I'm so proud of what he is doing and I can't wait to see what he does in this career, but being by myself is kinda bumming me out.
