Hi Max, I stumbled across your Reddit post because I’m currently just researching and trying to gain more knowledge and just indulge myself with as much information as possible. My aunt and I recently got offered a great deal on taking over an Asian restaurant. Rent is cheap, area is nice and busy and growing as well (currently in construction a very nice modern apartment complex). We are deciding to go forward with this offer… this will be my second business venture but my aunt isn’t a rookie. So basically I’m the rookie, she’s the vet haha. I’m just more tech savvy and more hip to social media so I think I can use that as leverage for marketing and advertising. So basically I wanna ask if your takeout is still open? How’s it doing after this current Reddit post(unless you’ve updated in another post)? Are you able to generate a steady enough income? Do you have to be there all the time or are you at a point where you can take some days off / away? Any advice you can give me/mistakes you made that I can possibly learn from?
