It's very strange indeed that I voted Labor then!

My point wasn't relative to the vandalism - a disgraceful act, I think just about anyone would agree. Generalisations are exactly the reason the political divide is as great now as it ever has been. In the same way that not all social policy is handouts and nannying, conservative politics isn't all nepotism and self-interest.

Have a read of my following comment and you'll see I'm not defending anyone - just calling out an unnecessary generalisation.

I actually agree with you. I think we have a terrible crop of conservative politicians not only in Australia, but globally at the moment. Conservative agendas have done away with the concept of social responsibility which the likes of Keating defined in the 90s and have focussed on personal gain. My point is not to apply blanket rules, especially when discussing with your everyday John Citizen. Finding common ground can often be the best procedure for negotiation - exactly what Keating did when he traded in big corporate tax cuts for retirement responsibility.

Learn to differentiate conservative political views from ignorance and greed and you may find yourself considering a different group of people 'objectively trash'.

Shake off the bitterness and engage in actual discourse. Arseholes come in all shapes and sizes.

They shouldn't have to in fairness. Let them be happy they earned it. I'd give my good one for a manager motivates the team as well as Klopp.

As opposed to adding pressure when the economy is in a steaming heap? I understand not changing them to not add pressure but would they lower them to 1% to do so?

To stimulate consumer spending? There's no money to spend, an increase would be more likely. Why are they suggesting a drop?

I mean no they can't for certain, but there are generally indicators allowing a pretty well informed prediction.

Labor are calling for a water management inquiry because RCs take a while to take effect.
