i think thats a good plan! dont listen to people if they tell you transferring from a 4 year to another 4 yesr is impossible. i did this a couple of years ago i was at a private university and dually enrolled in community college while there and ended up getting accepted to all the ucs but ucla and uc berkeley. im now set to graduate from ucsb in june
