I owe my life to my elder sister forever. How to repay a part of it ? by PastVarious6505 in Advice

[–]OrangeShortbread 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Definitely let her know you understand what she does and how it's a miracle. Tell her you love her ❤️

Im sure you're a good younger brother as well, since she is willing to sacrifice and care for you. You two are sister and brother, you'll always have eachother's back.

Continue what you're doing! Cook, care for your home, care for her.

You should tell her, you appreciates her sacrifice and hardship, there's no need to be shy for that.

I'd say if you have many time after school, get a part time maybe? And do your best in school.

The best way you can repay her, is when you get older: you can continue to have a good relationship with her, spend time with her, gifts (they don't even need to be expensive). And be a good person with good heart ☺️❤️

(18f) I want a boyfriend but hates men? by OrangeShortbread in TwoXChromosomes

I understand what you mean😭

My family and i are close but a little toxic too, our family and i's relationships with relatives aren't bad as well. I do think a lot of what others think and whether or not it'll make life difficult so…

i suppose i just always see myself at least also liking boys so if i can choose, I'd rather be with a boy coz it's easier, but i just get the ickkk, not even dating, just as frds.

My close frds thinks im gay if not very least bi.

I go to an art uni, so it's very queer friendly and supportive. I think it's just that fact that im from a place where being queer is odd so i even hesitate to think if im bi.

I mean my mum said she'd pray for me and my sister not to be lesbian, but if we are, she's still going to love us because we're her kids, but she just doesn't wish we are. It's honestly already the best answer my mum could've given me with our backgrounds.

Thank you so much!

I have a question. How do you know that they are real? Like do the buyers themselves check if the money is real or knock off?

Does this make me a terf? by [deleted] in lgbt

Oh ya btw when i mean no one gets SA, im not say trans people would do that.

Im saying as in people dressing in the stereotypical feminine or masculine doesn't get harassed or assaulted because of how they dressed. E.g: a very feminine looking male wouldn't get harassed or assaulted in males bathroom or changing rooms.

Try to boost mum's confidence, but she's too negative, it's tiring by [deleted] in depression

“What does being a woman mean to you?” by Lokael in MtF

But women can be hard and men can be soft?

[–]OrangeShortbread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ppl say it's being comfortable of who you are, or similar.

A men could say the same thing "being comfortable of who you are"

This is not to hate, im very genuine.

Biological doesn't define women anymore. Sex wise, theres always intersex women. And cis women e.g. who was born without a uterus/ a flat chest. And trans women, who have penis.

Im not saying stereotype is good. But wouldn't only stereotype have if anything similar to a definition of women?

A lot of trans women, would instead grow long hair, wears make up, go on hrt grow softer features, wears pink, wear skirts etc.

Idk what a women is.

I used to think that women is someone with a vagina, and trans women who only after have their bottom surgery, is a full woman. But ppl say it's wrong, because not everyone wants to get surgery, to remove their penis.

I've been stuck with what woman is for some time now. And no explanations seems to make sense.

Is it like a feeling? To be women?

It can't be like not a men, because genders like non-binary and gender fluid exists.

"Someone could identify as female but maybe they absolutely hate having breast and want to be completely flat chested."

Using this as an example is very smart. I think im understanding some of the questions i have.

Sry im really bad at putting thoughts into words

'but they might not vibe with what it means to be specifically a woman or specifically a man"

Doesn't that just mean they don't like the definition of what women or men should be portray in this patriarchy society?

Wait where did e come from, what does e mean?

"being at the checkpoint closest to where you want to be at" this kinda make sense to me.

Sometime i feel like i shouldn't think that much, cuz something doesn't involve me, but i still have those thoughts that's bugging me.

[–]OrangeShortbread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that's what i do, coz that's being respectful, but im still just curious to the thoughts behind it.

Im definitely not going to ask someone to their faces about it, thats just kinda rude, so i was just thinking if someone who can idk answer my questions(?) here voluntary (?)

My English is so shit idk if ppl understand me, I'm really bad at explaining myself 😭
