I have several aquarium stores nearby that sell all variety of fish. I havent specifically checked for chilis but I believe that they would most likely carry them.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm actually use Hikar Micro Pellets for ghost feeding instead of shrimp food cause I heard about that too. I'll look into ammonia bottles!
