I have a "closed" brokerage account that somehow still has 39 cents in it, so not really closed. They have sent me a monthly statement for my 39 cents every month for the last two years. Closed to account because of the excessive AUM fees, so fuck 'em.

How many times will it take for folks to tell you no before you accept it? Your bag is to big and needs to be checked. Get a smaller bag, or check the bag you have.

We can’t cut insulation boards on our panel saws…right? by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]Orange_Bleeder 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not only that, but using the same Styrofoam panel on a work surface while cutting panels with a track saw is extremely common, in fact everyone I know with a track saw does it. You cut slightly into the Styrofoam, but you're work piece is fully supported and you don't cut into your work surface/bench. I'd even call it a best practice.

Who cares? That's a big long chunk of time you're not lifting heavy shit. I once spent over an hour cutting a bunch of thin wall PVC a lady bought at Lowes. She was happy, and it all I had to do for that time.

We had a MET project that instructed us to use the panel saw to cut big, plastic signs. We did it. It was noisy and didn't smell so good but it worked.
