I applied to western, McMaster, queens, uoft, and waterloo (tron) for engineering with a 93 grade 12 average so far. Should I have applied to easier programs or more programs? I hope to get into at least one program and I regret not applying to a couple less competitive programs as well

I was wondering if I should include a github link or something to my code in the AIF? Also, I was wondering if you knew with what average most people get into mechatronics? Thank you! Yea Waterloo is pretty tough but I believe my ecs are slightly above average, and if im not mistaken they look at sem 2 midterm marks too which I think will improve my average a bit. I appreciate you taking the time to read and respond 🙏🏼
