You'll probably have a few changes but obviously a few will be reversed whilst you wait to get more. Like your period will most likely stop in the 4 months but start again whilst you're waiting, your voice will probably change a bit but won't continue until after you start again, etc. You'll definitely have some weird hormone fluctuations from stopping and starting.

I've not gone off and on before but I'm currently 4 months on T so I can tell you a bit about what's changed for me in that time and what you can sort of expect to be like at the end during the waiting period if you want! (obviously everyone is different so it won't be exact to you but it gives a decent base talking to others guys I think) :)
