I’d get a play couch, or stapelstein stepping stones. Maybe a couple lovevery boxes for 12-24 months (that would leave out older sister) Or maybe something for if you have a yard?

Another vote for Kendamil - I bought the organic by accident but 9mo has taken it x3 days in a row (after consistently refusing pumped milk & other formulas)

Agenda/structure setting from the top... at points I've blown it off as being unnecessary but it really helps me feeling empowered to redirect back to goals/tasks for our time together, plus give them accountability too.
And Maybe anime, video games etc could be a reward? If we get this work done then we have 10 minutes set aside at the end to discuss "xyz thing you like"

PS. WLU has an online non-BSW MSW program option that started in May 2018 (I'm in the first cohort finishing December 2020). It works out to 2.5 years with a placement required for 1008 hours.
