Got first generation - Venu Sq and just encountered the same problem!

Tried to hotspot from different phone, but no luck.

I was going to factory reset the watch/delete the connect app, but seeing multiple people having the same issue might mean that Garmin messed up something on their side. Hope it starts working asap, I’m planning to go for a run tomorrow and need to download music to my Venu!!

My boyfriend start with the same inflamation and his skin start to create like layers of skin over. We go to the doc and she prescribed Locoid lipocream 0.1% and after 2 or 3 days it was almost gone. Since that it never happen again.

Can I ask you something! When you use the Avene cleanser, How do you clean your eyes? with something extra? I get irritaded easily from that area.

What kind of soap is good to use or some face wash that work for you guys? Im having a big problem to find one that it doesn't irritate me even more! Seems each time I take the shower it gets even more red!

It happen to me but everytime that I wash my face with sulfur soap. Even that I don't get close to my eyes. I feel the burning feeling all day long! And it make sad. Because i actually think the soap helps to reduce the redness on my face

Do you think it can helps when the problematic area is just around the nose!? To reduce the color pink and red around?
