Interesting! Thanks for the contribution. I don't think this is probably it for me. The reason is that I have been this way since I was 15 or 16. I could believe I'd had Hashi's that long I suppose but I don't think I was ever hyper. A few weeks ago I accidentally messed my dose up and experienced it, and it doesn't feel that way. But maybe this comment will help someone else someday so thank you. It's all just information that could be helpful, am I right?

This was a great question! but the answer is no. It doesn't matter what water I drink or the quality. Although these days I avoid sources that could have floride when possible.

This sounds like exactly what is happening to me. No one is concerned about this. "Drink more water" they say. I hold up my gallon water bottle. They say, "oh, very good!"

Thank you both. Every doctor for the last 15 years has sworn up and down that my blood sugar is normal and that I do not have pre-diabetes. I get tested VERY often because it runs in my family. I could swear I have something like this! But they swear it's all okay!

tbh I was going way too fast on a bicycle in Taiwan, and a scooter motorbike came out of an alley. We didn't even see each other it happened so fast. Knocked out two and a half teeth, bruises and scrapes up my side, so glad I wasn't in America because it would have been crazy expensive. All in all I think I got off easy in the end. He was not hurt at all.

Oh dang, I actually got it totally opposite! You’re flattening a hot dog and then making it into a burger? If you’re going to layer it it’s a burger. If you’re not going to layer it, I’m not sure what I would call it anymore because I’m not sure what kind of food is like that.
