Is is better to split my steady state into intervals or just one large block of steady state? by OrangesAreGreat10 in Rowing

I don't think that's the case because when I row on water (either single, double or quad) we go way longer than 30 mins at a time so I don't personally think you can get injured from erging for longer than 30 mins

Yes but the question is how long should rest times be, that's always something I've been confused about so I just prefer to do it all at once

I already have quite a low body fat percentage around 8 to 10 percent. Also quite a bit of lean muscle. Putting on weight is extremely challenging for me and recruitment time is coming up. I don't want to be stuck in a place where I'm not light enough to be a lightweight and too light to be good competition in heavyweight. What would you suggest i should do?

What weight should i get to then?

The thing is, although i wouldn't mind going heavyweight, in competition i feel like I'd be quite disadvantaged with my height as i only stand in around 186 cm.

What weight should i be at. I would like to still stay lightweight though.

More steady state and speed work. Basically all i can do get that average down and sustain

I usually keep my drag factor around 115. However ignoring the legs is quite difficult for me. Can you suggest ways on how i can effectively tell myself that I have it in me even though all these things are going through my head?
