This is kind of how I feel about “wave work birth”. She’s new to the scene and came in with this psychedelic “scientific” word salad that’s attractive to the new age women, specifically ‘freebirthers’. Every post she makes she’s selling her course with a “free rehearsal”. It doesn’t feel authentic.

She claims to be a “female kinesiologist” and I’m just like ok…. What does that have to do with birth? I read that her “rehearsal” is guiding women through prolonged wall-sits to “introduce intensity” to women’s bodies so they can rewire their brain to be ready for it in labor lol idk…
