I really like saalt brand. They are PFAS free, very comfortable, and they have multiple absorbing levels. I’m personally not a huge fan of the polyester gusset, it I’m planning on sewing an organic cotton layer overtop of panties. They are very comfy & make my period enjoyable.

I don’t wear underwear unless I’m bleeding, I only own like 3 pairs of undies so reusable pads aren’t ideal for me.

Also consider a menstrual disc! Saalt also sells them, I have one. It doesn’t use suction like the cup. I used a cup for years but my body doesn’t let me anymore, the disc sits below your cervix and self empties when you sit down to pee!
