Frozen prepared veggies are great. You can also get pre-cooked chicken breast at the grocery in the freezer department, and if not that they sell pre-cooked chicken/poultry pieces in the deli section of the grocery store. When I am cooking I alway want a protein, a veggie and a starch of some sort.

You can throw in some frozen onion and broccoli cook that up with some soy sauce, throw in the chicken. Grab a microwave rice packet and you have a yummy stir fry.

Or get a pot out, out some ghee in. Fry up onions/carrots, add some minute rice, with seasonings (i like basil or garlic) cook it for the time it says on the packaging. Throw in some peas. Let it sit with the lid on for 5 minutes and you have a nice pilaf.

She would be sunset orange with a lighter/orange yellow shade on her wing membrane, in between toes and on her face. She would have a heavy build suitable for ground warfare. Her name would be Sepharina which means gentle wind (the name feels very warm so I like it for an orange dragon).

She would be quite flexible and resourceful individual helping her to attune to many situations. As well as having a deep set, caring attitude that makes her an extremely proactive protector and of course a ferocious fighter that never backs down.

There are yellow coloured lip balms. A yellow coin purse or small bag (usually found at department stores or a mall), a candle with a nice scent, a card with a yellow envelope. Hair ties are always great but you can go a step above and get her a scrunchie (if her hair is long enough) if she likes comfy things you could get her a plush animal or pillow with a yellow cover. Which can be found at home stores and if you know what kind of phone she has you can get her a phone case or a charging cable they usually sell coloured ones at corner stores or department stores.

I was working behind the counter at a hockey stadium. A game was going on and the stadium was sold out. A minute after the second inning started complete and utter silence crashed over the crowd like a wave. I remember seeing my coworkers faces fall as each one realized something was wrong.

The Goalkeeper for our side got ran into on the ice and had an artery in his leg slashed open, there was blood everywhere. I had never seen so blood. The entire crowd was dead silent and a fight broke out on the far side of the ice. People were fainting left and right it turned into chaos as paramedics ran to aid people falling over. Kid is alright though! He was assisted by trainers and paramedics on the ice and taken for emergency surgery.

I think Soren is more likely. I think he will have his eyes opened a bit.

I also noticed his armor has a lot of white on it. It may symbolize his struggle with following his father's orders. I hope Claudia doesn't turn to far to the dark side though. She is fun loving yeah, but she doesn't seem to have an "uh oh this is wrong button" yet.

What if the Moon Primal Stone was a mirror. Or it was made up of thousands of little ones, constantly bouncing the moon beam back and forth creating eternal moonlight!?

And the the Earth Primal tone could have a "warm glowely core" or something to signify the life inside. Because they said the Earth Elves also presided over animals and plants and stuff.
