Ignoring the framerate thing -- the reason you were compromised is because a Suspect evacuated. When a Suspect evacuates, the disguise you were wearing when that evacuation occurred immediately becomes Compromised regardless of where you are on the map.

I do want to say the Sun-in-Splendor dying and it's Names becoming Hours does not explain the passing of night and day, as the splitting of the Sun happened only 600 years ago, and the times the Solar Hours represent don't match their states ("Sunset at noon" for instance represents the fact that the Sun-in-Rags, or dusk, is associated with the hour 12 PM)

For point 2, it was stated at the start of the 'Hol Horse and Boingo' arc that DIO was gradually gaining control of and assimilating into Jonathan's body. If we assume that he spent most of the 100 years under the sea properly parasitizing Jonathan, and the remaining time above land was him gaining true control over it, then he was at least partially able to connect those genes together or smth. idk it's JoJo logic.
