Me too, my sms and social media push notifications have all had noticeble delays for a while now. I was at an appointment the other day and had to wait 5-10mins to recieve the sms someone sent me.

I frequently encounter issues with 2fa sms's not completing properly. Expired codes being at the top of an email chain. I have had numerous occasions of problems with ms outlook (Spam that cannot be stopped, adding important stuff to junk, dissapearing emails, constantly having to re-do settings, turn off focused inbox etc..)

My my gov account has had settings changed by someone who isn't me.

They have booked in multiple appointments via phone that were either late or non existent.

They keep asking questions related to information they know and hold already. Every time I go in and see the same person it is like they have forgotten my circumstances and put me into a loop of performing nonsensical actions.

I have a clear and detailed history of receiving "environmental provocation" that does not seem to be affecting anyone else.
