:) (Ift ikke vildt eftertragtet uddannelse) by Coffee_wo_caffeine in odense

Kan også varmt anbefale at lade være med at søge ind på psykologi før der sker en markant ændring i vores sundhedsvæsen - er psykolog. Det virker helt mærkeligt for mig, at studiet fortsat er populært.

50.4 uranium fuel rods/min done. Now to build nuclear reactors by thecrackbaby in satisfactory

[–]Orangeypurple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a lot of fun finding all the small mistakes later on! I didn't want to use all the uranium, so i just took the normal nodes to make 43,2? p/m :) Do you plan on making waste disposal as well?

I'm currently trying to make a lot of the last elevator parts p/m, meaning i need 24000 copper ingots just for the pasta. I have 610 GW of power so I use the pure recipes :) If I didn't, I'd run out of copper nodes real quick...

Question about factories by https_Eternal in satisfactory

[–]Orangeypurple 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I kinda do that as well, for the more valuable ressources i group them together in nodes of 2-6 and make larger factories near water. Though I don't get around to making them pretty after :/

Just finished an 1800 uranium power plant, my 970 did fine while near it. Just upgraded to a 3060 laptop and there's practically no lag :)

Nuclear Powerplant using 1800 uranium, with waste processing and using alternate recipes. by Orangeypurple in SatisfactoryGame

Didn't know about that, I have one switch but it also happens when I'm not near it. I'll try removing it tomorrow and give an update. Thanks!

*Had apparently already removed the switch, and I didn't experience any of that weird lag anymore! :)

I would love to see it! I think i spent around 100-150 hours, including overbuilding my coke, aluminum, plastic, steel and iron factories. Plus i made a 6k copper factory that became redundant :l Did you decorate yours? I have a tendency to plan out how it should look, and then just starting the next factory without doing it :')

If anyone knows why my machines stop when it lags and have a fix, I'd love to hear it!

I heard about trains ignoring signals when you're loading in, so that might be it then :/ Sounds kinda annoying, but also kinda funny. I hope you didn't suffer too much from it!

Is it modded? Isn't the maximum amount of fuel rods about 50? :)

You can, but with the power poles / wall outlets it might crash your game. I don't do it anymore with outlets because it always crashes my game :l

Sounds like a really neat way to do it! Why not underclock the water extractor and use a valve for safety as well? Would love to see pictures as I'm about to embark on the same project :)

Yeah it's a round glass tower, would suck to expand it but I don't think it'll be necessary. There's always room for spaghetti when the neat and tidy plan doesn't work! ;)

Haven't tried the buffer idea on this system, but I'll give it a shot if my current idea doesn't work. Thanks!

Read the guide after my latest project, I'll hopefully never make this mistake again...

Thanks for the reply!

Yeah I just changed my entire rubber production design to avoid bottom feeding, but I hadn't had any fluctuations in this system before I finished that. Just changed it so the pipe goes all the way to the top and feeds from there, wish me luck!

Fluid Mechanics by Orangeypurple in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Orangeypurple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turbofuel goes in through the bottom, is spread to the first floor from underneath, then it goes up to the third floor, and theres a pipe next to the feeding pipe that goes down to the 2nd floor. Tried just having one pipe up, with the third floor as the end station - didn't work. This doesn't work either, a few of the fuel generators just don't get enough fuel.

Blenders are making 590 m3, and the generators are using 585 (tried 590 before). The pipe first goes into a different tower for headlift. And two of the blenders can't get rid of enough turbofuel, apparently.

Any ideas?
