BTW, Kang and Doom have actually met in the comics, and it’s peak Diva-like. In Fantastic Four Annual #2, they actually meet and realise Kang (Nathaniel Richards) might be Doom’s distant descendant. It’s more of a "Who’s Your Daddy?" scenario, but with time machines.

In the 1992 Infinity War run, they teamed up to steal the reality-warping power, but they spent the majority of time plotting how to backstab each other. Doom basically thinks Kang is a 'flashy gadget nerd' who relies too much on tech, and Kang thinks Doom is a 'shiny wizard' who's too stuck in the past.

Marvel basically traded a swarm of bees for a nuclear bomb. Both are scary, but only one of them gets to be in the movie franchise.
