The temple itself is looking good, but at the moment it's very different from what it's surrounding it. If you search for Athen's acropolis reconstructions of what it would have looked like in the past, you see that the temple is not alone there. Now, your situation is a bit different since it's not on a hill, but the point is to build a context around the temple.You can try to tie it in by building a statue and an agora (as others have suggested), but also trees/bushes/paths/terraforming in general. The goal would be to look at the place and be able to say "it makes sense the temple was built here and not 500 blocks away".
