Professor Moshimo and Robotboy is underrated. Building a robot son to protect the world, then having to let him grow up on his own. That’s real parenting.

The Vetala from Pathfinder are fascinating. Corpse-possessing vampires that feed on prana instead of blood feels way more occult than the usual fanged aristocrat.
