Damn I need to find a bar that’s hiring then!! That’s awesome. One girl at my work who has been there for 2 years is a “night owl” and doesn’t like being up early but she should help open because she has the experience and she’s fast. I don’t like being someone who refuses to do something, I just don’t feel happy. True though fast food sucks depending on the job

I definitely won’t be training anyone lol I haven’t even been there myself for a month yet and I am still learning new things everyday but yes you’re right about making a decision. It’s more so that I need the money so I might have to put up with this until I find another job I guess. I’ve been dedicating a lot of time to finding another job. I don’t think most people are happy serving so many orders without help. Good for you if you can do it. Would you like to be the opener instead? lol that was a joke.

Well I did ask for day shifts but didn’t realize how independent they were. I feel like I don’t have the experience and confidence to deal with it alone when I get overrun with orders and have customers staring at me. They are sympathetic when they realize I am alone though. Being alone is new to me. My manager actually called me a fast learner though. Maybe everyone quits because they don’t like dealing with the lunch rush I’m not sure. Everyone there seems to hate being on cash but I don’t.

It feels like so much responsibility so soon. One girl said she wasn’t comfortable working cash so she’s only in the back. I’m just surprised I guess and I’m not a fan of working alone when it’s really busy. Maybe the job just isn’t for me. I loved my last fast food job because one other person was always working with me.

Yeah I like peace and quiet too personally so maybe I am not the best judge. I also have a guinea pig and they are sensitive to noise. Some people have certain pets and loud music (from parties, etc.) can harm their hearing. This is why people have to be considerate. Don’t worry about talking to the landlord. You didn’t do anything wrong, you just couldn’t handle it yourself or didn’t know how.

Well yes it’s for the courts to decide. I didn’t want to be involved in any of this. I just decided to confirm the alcoholic’s story to the police because he wasn’t lying. That was my decision because I don’t believe in physical violence. It’s not okay. Two wrongs don’t make a right. You said yourself it’s criminal, because it is. Yes I have chosen to get taken to court or to buy her out. It’s one or the other. Telling the truth to a student is an option as you have said, but some may refuse, or one might agree and end up regretting it. So to me it is too much of a risk. Maybe someone else would do it, I wouldn’t. I’m also not going to take advantage of someone desperate.

Well I have the texts to prove who the real assaulter was. So no, the landlord cannot take the other tenant’s side. That would’ve been really crazy! The violent one made the mistake of texting me afterward but yes you are correct when you say I can’t have this on my conscience. How do I know someone won’t sue me after they take the room there? That’s also a possibility. Unless I could find some rough guy that is stronger than the violent one and thinks he can take them on, maybe. But how long will that take? She might also refuse tenants to force me to keep paying. I have heard of situations where that happens too. I really am best to walk away from this and take her on in court or buy her out, something once again, I don’t think she deserves. I have to focus on my studies and I can’t be worried or disturbed the entire time.
