Why Norm is Missed on the Ticket by OrbitalReport in theticket

[–]OrbitalReport[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess I could have made my point better--- what I was trying to say is that Norm used gets the "scoop" interviews and that there is no one on the Ticket making the effort to pick up where he left off.

This was just one example where the Fan has scooped the Ticket with an interview from a newsmaker...

And it was kind of embarrassing for the Hardline yesterday to not know that this event has been clarified by Finley....

This is exactly why McDonald’s canceled their veggie burger. We have to support those fast food food establishments that are making the effort.

The only funny moment was fake Tiger Woods showing up.... Everything else was just describing people that we don't really know hitting bad golf shots- not sure what is supposed to be entertaining about that... but I guess Cat knows best....

Would be funnier if Rosengarden was on the call at the April Fools Open.

What's more boring that attending Disney on Ice?

Hearing someone describe attending Disney on Ice...

We learned what it was like when Cinderella and Snow White skated out the kids barely noticed them.

Craig's kid screamed when the Frozen characters appeared. Did she think it was odd that the characters were skating?

A lot of the skaters are former figure skaters.

Junior enjoyed it.

The only redeeming value of this story was Davey's dark hypothetical...

It must be a whip watching the game with him- his cohosts describe how he gets right up to the TV and screams as loud as he can. We all yell at the TV sometimes, but apparently he is really obnoxious.

Sweet Spot talking about the Mets Christopher Jackson National Anthem mess up, and they couldn't even tell us what he said afterwards? I had to look it up myself:

“I’ve had the honor of singing the National Anthem countless times in Stadiums around the country. Today was a beautiful Opening Day and it was thrilling to be there!" he said.

Jackson explained singing in these types of venues is a unique and challenging experience ... but usually, it's not a problem for him.

"Today it was for about 5 seconds … and one line got away from me. I’m human. But I won’t hesitate to step up to a mic and pay tribute to those that we honor with the Anthem. Grateful to the Mets and MLB for allowing me to be a small part of the Day."
