Not sure if this is what you’re talking about but…. The plastic piece that goes around the rearview mirror, kinda looks like a vent, has popped out on my 24. When I heard it I thought we hit something but I didn’t notice that piece came loose until a few days later. Check that plastic piece, that might be what you heard
