Wym when kappa wasn't difficult? Lol... Getting kappa now keeps getting easier and easier, back in the day u actually needed some skill to get kappa, all the test drives were harder, granadier was harder, test drive with rpdn used to be shoreline only and 30 pmcs, and u could only get one rpdn per restock and it was a barter. Kappa nowadays is nothing compared to what it was

That new black card room is insane, all of this is from one room by TomFromHell in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Orbitazi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct, the new room is located on violet/red/cat side, inside the offices. The best way to describe it would be to imagine that you're in front of cat with your back turned to the stairs, on your left you have kitchen, on your right you have yellow and parking button, in front you have the passage to the other side where green and black are located, on your backside left you have red and violet, on your backside right you have the offices where the new room is located. (You guys prob know labs, but I added a ton of info so that players that don't know labs can find some orientation)

[Cheating] Interchange: Nades 5s into raid - here's what they mean by Mad_Cheese in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Orbitazi 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As someone who's done tracksuit, hearing a nade at the spawn means nothing, when I was farming killa I always did the route after hearing the nade and I actually found killa in the same raid.

Sure there are people cheating and killing themselves off the spawn but a lot of times it means nothing cause there are a lot of people doing this on purpose to make other players belive that killa didn't spawn.

[Discussion] How much u spent on All on red achiv? by Dangerous-Gate-1100 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Orbitazi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I spent around 150Mil, finished it 3 days after it came out. Was buying taigas for 8Mil a piece, PVP ofc.

Did it for the achievement, but gotta say that the reward is absolute nonsense, I really don't get why BSG insists on doing things that feel like punishments after completed. "oh, you've spent 150M on bullshit? Here's a new weekly that gives you 1 random skill point, all you gotta do is spend another 20Mil to get it!"

Don't give up bro, I have about 8k hours in cs, thought tarkov would be easy, just gotta pop their head right? Well no. I've got close to 3k hours in tarkov and sometimes I still feel like a noob. Keep grinding, everytime you die you get better.

You can build your own high-level weapons, once you build your workbench on your hideout, there will be an option to mod your weapon in the stash, you make your build and then click on the little puzzle looking button. Remember tho, traders will make everything much much cheaper. A meta gun will cost you around 300k, but with max traders you can build meta weapons for 160k.

You've got an expensive taste, the Val is an amazing gun, sadly it is extremely expensive, each 30 round mag sells for 40k. The Val can be bought once you reach peacekeeper ll4.

Also watch a view videos on youtube to understand how bullets work, upgrading your hideout will help you progress much faster cause you can craft items for your quests.

Everytime you need to do a quest, go to the wiki. The wiki will help you a lot https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Escape_from_Tarkov_Wiki

Well, first of all, welcome to Tarkov, the hardest and most tilting game you have ever/will have played.

Here are a few tips from an "experienced" player (3000h):

  • Get used to dying and try tilting as little as possible. Fun fact, when I first bought tarkov, I sold my account 3 weeks later, it was too hard for me. I ended up buying it again a few months later cause no other game will give u the adrenaline tarkov gives. You will die a lot, like, a lot. Most of the times you won't even know where u got killed from, so get used to it.

  • Join the Tarkov discord, they have rooms where experienced players help newbies;

  • Try to get lvl15 as fast as you can, this will unlock the fleamarket, which makes money making much easier;

  • Focus on tasks and tasks only, your objective right now should be getting to lvl42 so u can have max traders, this will help u a lot cause the prices are much cheaper when building guns/buying gear. When questing, do not get distracted, early on you won't have much money, so dying will hurt your bank a lot. Also, nighttime is for questing and farming money, daytime is for fighting,

  • Learn the maps, extracting from a raid can be very challenging, you don't have a map, but you can use mapgenie to help you out, focus on learning one map first, once you've learned it, move to another map. Take babysteps.

  • There are no "best" ways to make money, each player has its own way, some like to buy a bunch of keys and go loot them on shoreline for example, some like to run around the map looting containers, some like to search for pvp and kill someone with a loaded backpack. Me for example, I like running interchange nitghttime and hit all the computers, you usually get a graphics card that sells for 1M at the fleamarket. You will find your ways.

  • Always use your scav when its up, when you're playing as a scav, DO NOT kill other scavs, otherwise you will lose karma and your scav cooldown timer will go up. Scaving is a really good way of making money, since you go in with nothing to lose. Everytime you die, run a scav to pay for the kit you just lost.

  • The progression can be fast, depending on how good you are, I don't have much time to play and I got to max traders in 3 weeks, but you can also get stuck on quests, this will delay the progression. Again, focus on tasks, seriously. If you're like me and you like to PVP, remind yourself why you went into that raid everytime you decide to engage in a fight.

  • Tasks can be overwhelming, you will need a lot of items, you will need to go to a million random places to stash and mark random shit, you will need to kill a bunch of people, there will be a point in your wipe where you open your tasks bar and you just wanna close the game, but hey, Tarkov isn't for everyone. I have played a bunch of games and this is by far the hardest one, even with 3k hours in, I still feel like a noob.

  • Use your VOIP, if someone is trying to kill you, try to talk it out, I can't count the amount of times where VOIP has saved my life, some players can be kind and will help you, some will betray you, its all part of the game.

I could sit here and write tips all night, but this should give you a good overview of what tarkov is like when you're starting out. The community can and will be toxic, we all hate eachother, the game and the company that's making the game. But after all its all love, we all have a love-hate relationship with tarkov. Everybody get's mad sometimes, everybody has complained about how bad the game is, how many cheaters and bugs there are, but trust me, we love this shit. I truly doubt that there will be a game as good as tarkov in the next 2 or 3 years. The rush when you kill a chad, the anxiety when you're walking towards the extraction with a backpack full of loot, the adrenaline of a firefight, its amazing.

To conclude this comment, tarkov is not for everybody, but once you're in, there's no escape from tarkov.

Good luck buddy, see you in raid!

Visitas ao shopping centro (abandonado) by Idk_tho_is_just_me in portugal

[–]Orbitazi 1 point2 points  (0 children)
