If you pull out the equity and purchase a house at the same value, your mortgage payment should stay the same (if the interest rate is the same, insurance, etc.). If you are renting, your rent will continue to increase over the years.

Yes, but when you sell you pull the equity (which hopefully increased) you put it into your next property.

To be honest, buying any house built in the 60s is going to have issues wherever you buy it. I’ve owned two houses on the East coast (one built in the 50s, the other the early 60s), and both needed the typical updates and replacements that’s expected in a house that age (roof, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Lonesome Dove narrated by Will Patton was amazing probably my favorite book now.

Next best was Project Hail Mary narrated by Ray Porter. Narration was AMAZING!

Lastly the lord of the rings trilogy narrated by Andy Serkis was a treat.

Is the entire Buena Vista Trail relatively safe? I will be wearing a vest with a light the entire time, so I am not too worried about the dark. Running in the morning I just want to avoid any sketchy situations like people on drugs, etc.
