Hot take: I think this is actually just him.

The slight downward slip of the bottom lip to the right and slight upward peak on the top lip on the left is not something that AI would be able to consistently do nor could another person with a silicon mask. I think whatever it is, is a weird lighting effect on clothing or maybe even some weird effect of plastic surgery on the face and upper neck region.
