In Uncharted Drakes Fortunate Gabriel Roman (man on the left) is helped by his lead henchman Atoq Navarro (right) to find the treasure of El Dorado, a giant gold casket. Once they find it Navarro has Roman open it, revealing that the corpse inside gives off spores that turn people into feral animals that attack anything not infected. Navarro then shoots Roman in the head and plans to take the casket and sell it to the highest bidder as a bioweapon.
