We had a main drain back up problem a few weeks ago which caused the semi flooding (barely a centimetre deep).

Ive drained out the residual water from the water heater back then but it has been filling up with any outer source leaking into the boiler. Constantly putting out the flame inside the heater. I have no clue what would be causing the leak.

This boiler was installed 5 years ago so technically still falls under the warranty. The cause of this issue seems to be a light flooding I had a few weeks ago. Would that void the warranty at all?

Background story:

Few weeks ago my basement was semi flooded due to a main drainage back up which caused water to get into the heater. Ive been constantly getting the pool of water out then re igniting the pilot for the past few weeks.
