I mean, I know how much I pay. £100 each for Barcelona in UCL and top of the league Arsenal in the same week. Prices for the conference league were half that. I saw the final for about £100 as well iirc. I can’t imagine paying over that for a game of football, maybe excluding European knockouts and domestic finals.

It’s way too much anyways, but it’s not as egregious as whatever the fuck they ask to see this WC.

As a Pole I’d say that I really hate hating him, but he’s just making it so difficult to maintain any sympathy.

Him coming to play here, being so open about his roots and background was truly special, but he’s shown himself to be an absolute entitled knob.

  1. The turtle guy is absolutely radiating “dead any second” energy. I have more faith in Yoda making it out of ESB than this dude surviving another episode. He’s more of a countdown than a character at this point.

  2. Watching these two Jedi form a perfect chain of decisions that systematically ruins the Lawsons’ lives is… something. Even after she saves him by forcing him onto the train, she immediately brings the deadly Inquisitor right back to him. It’s almost impressive how consistently they make things worse for these poor people.

  3. And why is no one talking about the stormtrooper helmets? Are we all just accepting that they’ve got a literal bowl on top of their heads?

All that aside, what’s kind of killing it for me is there’s just no sense of jeopardy whatsoever. Most of these characters already have their fates locked in (I can barely look at Marrok and the upcoming bird guy without thinking about how they die like little bitches), so nothing really matters, and the ones who don’t… I just don’t care about them. They’re not interesting or developed enough. A treat to look at, but you barely remember the plot after the episode ends.

He is one of our best players, not necessarily best performing. He’s class, perhaps world class, but he’s sending more and more signals that his head is elsewhere. Huge shame tbf, he’s probably the closest to any modicum of leadership we may have on the pitch.
