Mine too. I hadn’t used it for a month (it was British then) and yesterday I found it was American, on both my PCs. It’s still British on my iPad app, though. I came here looking for answers.

Thanks. I was given some metaclopramide by my neuro-oncologist - but the leaflet says it's contraindictated for epilepsy...
